1. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Your Song: You own the copyright to the AI-generated song created with your voice and story. SongForYou retains ownership of the underlying AI model and technology.
Personal Use License: You may use your song for personal purposes, including sharing with family and friends. Commercial use requires a Pro or Unlimited subscription.
AI Attribution: All songs generated are clearly marked as AI-generated content.
2. Voice Cloning & Consent
By uploading your voice, you grant SongForYou a non-exclusive license to use your voice recording to generate an AI-synthesized vocal track for your personalized song.
Your voice data will not be shared with third parties and will be used solely for generating your personalized song.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any voice you upload.
3. Pricing & Payments
- •Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice
- •All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
- •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- •No refunds for generated songs (non-refundable content)
- •Refunds for subscriptions available within 14 days
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use SongForYou to:
- •Create impersonations or deepfakes of others without consent
- •Create content that harasses or defames
- •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- •Use others' voice or story without permission
5. Disclaimer
SongForYou is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated content may contain imperfections.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SongForYou shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to SongForYou for violations of these terms or any illegal activity.
