Before Shipping

A full refund will be released to your account within 14 workdays after we receive your refund request.

After Shipping

Please reject the parcel when it is delivered. Then it’ll be returned back to the Fluffee warehouse. The refund will be provided within 14 workdays after we receive the product. If you have signed for the parcel, please follow the return guide below.

Return Guide

Orders from the Fluffee website can be returned within 14 days upon receiving. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Before returning the product, please fill out the refund request form above and send it to us by email. We will respond to you within 3 workdays. After we approve of your request, returns can be proceeded provided that the items remain intact in the original packaging complete with all the attached accessories and manuals. Please return the product and provide us with the tracking number and pictures of the product or packaging within 7 days after the approval. Otherwise, the return request will be void. For a valid return request, the refund will be issued within 14 workdays after we receive the product and check it up.

Return Notes:

  • When applying for return, please provide valid proof of purchase, such as order number, receipt, invoice, etc.
  • The returned product should be intact and packed in the original packaging in the same condition complete with all the attached accessories, manuals and complimentary items. And all the labels and logos of the returned items show no signs of tampering or alteration.
  • Unauthorized return or cash on delivery without the seller’s consent will be rejected.
  • We don’t provide return services for used items.
  • If the product is damaged during transport or malfunctioning within 14 days of receipt, please contact us for further information and solutions. Fluffee will be responsible for the return shipping cost in this case.
  • The return policy works only for purchases direct from the Fluffee website.
